The Problem

The client had a strong business idea inspired by existing automotive marketplaces but lacked a clear technical direction. There was no defined product roadmap, platform architecture, or decision on whether to build a website, mobile app, or both.

Additionally, the platform required multiple complex components including listing systems, filtering logic, user roles, monetization features, and service-based offerings such as vehicle inspections.

The Strategy

The approach focused on building a scalable marketplace system by first defining the full product structure and user flow. Based on the business goals, a combined web and mobile solution was planned to ensure maximum accessibility and long-term scalability.

The platform architecture was designed to support multiple listing categories (cars, bikes, auto parts), advanced filtering systems, and future monetization through premium listings and service features.

A structured backend system was planned to support both the web platform and mobile application through API integration.

Led the complete execution of the project from concept to delivery, including both technical development and project management.

    Resolved API-level challenges such as data inconsistencies during multiple requests by optimizing backend logic and request handling.

    Successfully managed the entire project with a small team, handling both technical development and leadership responsibilities.
