The Problem
Real estate companies lacked structured digital systems to consistently generate qualified leads.
Marketing efforts were often unstructured, with no clear funnel, inconsistent content strategies, and limited optimization of paid campaigns. This resulted in low-quality leads, inconsistent performance, and inefficient ad spend.
Additionally, different projects required different positioning, audience targeting, and messaging strategies, making scalability a challenge.
The Strategy
The approach focused on building a scalable lead generation system combining content, paid advertising, and funnel optimization.
